Brand identity for a platform that provides personnel instant access to their entire employment lifecycle anytime anywhere

Project: Brand Identity, Brand Strategy

Specialisms

  1. Branding & Identity
  2. Motion Graphics

We were approached by the transformation team at Samworth Brothers to create a visual identity for an internal platform for their 10,000+ employees.

The identity system represents the 6 phases of the employee lifecycle that serves as a visual metaphor for the Samworth employment journey.

The platform icon consists of 6 uniquely coloured elements to represent reward, recognition, employee relations, time & attendance and payroll. The stylized P within the logo marque represents the people that are employed at the company and the different phases radiate from its central point.

The identity system was then applied to all internal comms and collateral to guide and educate their employees as the new platform was transitioned across the business.

Guiding transformative change

Testimonial

We commissioned The Studio of Possible to create a visual identity for our new HRIS and payroll system. The objective was to provide a unique visual identity that links our colleague’s lifecycle to our business infrastructure. The system, PeoplePortal is a core element to future-proofing our employee engagement and development. The identity connects 10,000 colleagues across 19 businesses, it engages with and is a guide throughout their employment lifecycle.

The team delivered a contemporary visual identity system that is forward-thinking and future proofs our internal infrastructure.

Their methodology, creativity, and innovative approach to this project showcases how design thinking can solve larger engagement challenges”
