We were commissioned to create a new brand identity for Han Law to position the organization as a pioneer in the employment law sector. It was important for the new identity to stand out among existing law firms and for clients to instantly understand that Han Law provides modern, client-centric, employment-law solutions.

A new brand positioning was developed to attract global businesses with HR teams and to compete with law firms that provide legal services as the key offering. The new identity celebrates a sense of change, uniqueness, a fresh approach, and is friendly and personable. The perfect blend of a modern approach to a traditional service.

The name han introduces a sense of personality and energy, the dot represents a seal of approval, totality and a mark of gravitas, the bold serif typeface signifies trustworthiness, professionalism and expertise and the lower case typeface creates a casual feel and increases accessibility. The world of han is a colourful place, as they are not a traditional law firm colour plays a vital part in the brand, making them distinctive and instilling trust in their customers.

 

The founder has a single-minded vision to transform the way the world perceives the legal industry and is currently a Columnist in the Yorkshire Post, a Keynote speaker and a mentor, a Campaigner for women’s rights at work and has created the #FairRedundancy pledge as part of her work to date.
